Writing Letters to Mr Aukett

In class Room 23 have been writing letters to our new Associate Principal, Mr Aukett. This is Mr Aukett's first year at Meadowbank and the class wanted to write and welcome him to our school. Here are some of the letters. Indi was the first to get a reply from Mr Aukett. We found out lots about our new AP. We are looking forward to having Mr Aukett as part of our school.

At Garden to table I was making cucumber sandwiches. Another group was making apple muffins and group 4 was making egg curry.

My favourite food was the cucumber sandwiches but everything was yummy!!!

Garden to Table

In the garden we had to find parsley and chives to make egg curry. We found the parsley easily but we took quite a long time to find the chives but we found them in the end. 

In the meantime we did some watering then we went to see what the cooking team have been doing. They had finished we all had a taste of what they made yum. 

It was fantastic and when we finished we had to do our cleaning up jobs. Mine was washing the dishes.

Sadly then we had to go. I had a great time!
