School in Denmark

In Denmark we have a different school! We eat our lunch in class. And then we go out side and play. We have books where we see what we are going to do. We wear our own clothes. In Denmark we stay in the same class from when we start school and end.

We worked on dribbling and shooting a basket.

After, we played a game.  It was fun and everyone played as a team!

Wai-Care Visit

Stacey from Wai-Care, a Environmental Scientist came to talk to the Year 4s.

She talked about the importance of water and how they go about testing water in streams.

Running Man Challenge

Room 23 and Room 7 have joined in the latest dance craze which has become a big hit worldwide.  We watched the NZ police running man challenge and decided to do our own.

Year 4 Sport

Year 4 sport

In Year 4 sport we have been learning how to play ripper rugby.  It's a fun game to play.  There were two teams;

Yellow and blue.  It was a tie.  It was really good to see everybody play.  We were all trying our best to play fairly. 

We all had fun we were all good teammates.  When someone got hurt we would all help.

 

Everyone had fun!!!!

Last thursday room 23 did garden to table we split up into 2 groups, Group 1, 2 and 3 were in the kitchen and the other groups were in the garden.  In the kitchen we made broad bean dip, pumpkin dip and sticky coconut feijoa muffins. I made the broad bean dip. I liked the broad bean dip and the sticky coconut feijoa muffins.
